The multi-faceted approach applies scientific knowledge from sports medicine, physical therapy, sports performance, worldwide functional anatomy seminars led by Dr. Andreo Spina, doctor of chiropractic, and his team, and peer-reviewed articles from National Academy of Sports Medicine and National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Training and rehabilitation is a thought-provoking process where the coach and client work closely to influence what the body will become down to a cellular level. Our training means working from the inside out and building a deeper relationship between the mind and body, prioritizing information from the deepest tissue to produce the most optimal movement output.
