CONDITIONING TO OPTIMIZE RESPONDER EFFICIENCY (C.O.R.E.)

C.O.R.E. workouts are designed to train specific movements to maximize potential in unpredictable environments, reinforce joint health and longevity to get ahead of burnout, and prevent pain and common EMS injuries, particularly the lower back. Contact me with any questions: (973) 718-1217.

INFORMATION

Training will be held at either Pier A on the Hoboken waterfront or Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corps. With the email that you provide below, you'll get an update regarding the location a few days before the first session. You'll engage in bodyweight exercises and use sandbags. Keep the following Sundays from 10:00 AM - 11:30 PM open:

FREQUENCY
2 - 3 times per week.

REST/RECOVERY
BETWEEN SETS (rest) -- 1 - 2 minutes of rest.
BETWEEN WORKOUTS (recovery) -- 1 day at the least; 2 days at the most.
